We get many enquiries, often for the same date, so please check with us that the date you require is still available. Phone or email us.

CONFIRM
Once you have decided to confirm a booking by telephone or email, we will reserve that date for 7 days during which time we will send or email a booking form which should be completed and returned with your deposit within the 7 days of holding.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% of booking fee will be required.
The balance will be due 10 weeks before commencement of the holiday.
Payments can be made by cheque or money order.
Payment can also be made by credit card (please note there is a 2% charge for credit card payments)


SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security bond of £200 / $350 will be required and should be sent with your final payment. If no damage to the property occurs, the full amount of the bond will be returned to you.

RECEIPTS
You will be sent a receipt for every payment made. We will also confirm the villa address upon booking. Upon receipt of balance, you will be sent full instructions on how to find the villa with a map. Plus either a key or key code for entry to the home.
